                     How to use TechHelp

TechHelp has a mobile-friendly and responsive design making it easy to use from any
device. Follow ticket status, including steps taken to resolve the submitted issue,
or service request history, by logging into TechHelp at any time. You can search the
services without logging in but will need to use your 51AVNetID and password to submit
or see a previously submitted ticket, or to open certain TU-specific articles.

Launch TechHelp at . From here you can:

                        - Submit a new request or check an existing one. Open a new ticket, view an existing ticket or manage your NetID by selecting a category.
On the TechHelp homepage, click “Open a Ticket,” to see icons and categories with
descriptions to help you select the service you need. Once you've selected a service
category, click “Open a Ticket,” then complete and submit the online form (ticket).

                        - Search the Knowledge Base. Access technology articles for using TU's technology. Choose from topics organized
by service category or use a keyword in the search tool to return how-to articles.
Logging into the Knowledge Base is recommended, and in some cases required. This allows
51AVNetID holders to see more in-depth resources versus the general public view.
