Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute will host a free networking breakfast and forum, “How AI is Evolving Leadership Expectations” on Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 8-10:30 a.m. at the South Campus Pavilion at Towson University, 8000 York Rd., Towson, Md. The event will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping the skills, mindsets, and values that define effective leadership in today's rapidly changing world. The event is free, but is requested.
"Our goal is to prepare leaders for a future where adaptability, critical thinking, and human-centered leadership will matter more than ever," said Erin Moran, executive director of the Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute. "Ultimately, the leaders who will thrive in the age of AI are those who welcome all that AI has to offer, while balancing an equal commitment to investing in people, to leading with compassion, and to upholding ethical standards in a digital age. Join us for a thoughtful discussion from our region’s brightest minds about how leaders can strike this important balance."
